Kris Jun is a fifth-year student at the University of British Columbia, majoring in Political Science and minoring in Psychology. Having grown up in Vancouver, Kris is passionate about issues related to immigration, diaspora populations, and the movement of people between East Asia and Canada. He spent many months in South Korea, and is interested in the prospects of denuclearization on the Korean peninsula, and the implications of an ongoing nuclear threat in the Asia Pacific.
Kris hopes to set these passions in motion by co-ordinating and planning events as the Vice President of Logistics, bringing community outreach projects to a wide population. As a member of the Asia Pacific Youth Council, Kris is honoured to contribute to APF Canada's mission of bridging Asia and Canada.
