Meni Mancini is a seasoned executive and serial entrepreneur with extensive experience fostering innovation and building sustainable businesses.
Her passions are people, the planet, and doing what she can to make a social, economic, and environmental impact. Ms. Mancini has leveraged her experience in regulatory compliance, strategic advice, and fostering innovation, leading her to focus on environmental solutions directed for municipal and industrial applications.
Her game-changing clean technology introduces new methods, equipment, products and analytics designed to optimize biological systems and treat wastewater and organic waste more sustainably. She has built a global network of distributors and agents, and passionately mentors and trains young entrepreneurs to lead change in the industry.
Through extensive research initiatives both in house and in partnership with internationally recognized water and wastewater research institutes and professionals, TradeWorks optimizes the treatment of wastewater to be recognized as having one of the greenest technologies in the wastewater treatment sector.
Ms. Mancini works with various levels of government locally and internationally including Global Affairs Canada and Trade Commissioner Service, participating in trade missions and cleantech accelerators to expand internationally.
Ms. Mancini is also a partner of TradeWorks Environmental Asia Pte Ltd, working on projects in Singapore, Thailand, South Korea, Japan, and other countries.
A WBE Certified Diverse Supplier, Ms. Mancini also serves on the board of a large network of professionals and business owners, where she inspires and supports other female entrepreneurs as they expand their businesses internationally.
