Peter O'Boyle holds an master's (Hons) degree in International Relations and Mediaeval History from the University of St. Andrews, and an master's degree in Political Science from the University of British Columbia, with a specialization in Asia Pacific international relations and political economy. Peter is a former Junior Research Fellow at the Asia Pacific Foundation of Canada.
Jonathan Berkshire Miller is a Senior Visiting Fellow with the Japan Institute of International Affairs based in Tokyo. Additionally, he is the Director and co-founder of the Ottawa-based Council on International Policy and a Senior Fellow on East Asia for the Asian Forum Japan, based in Tokyo.

Leyland F. Pitt is Professor of Marketing and the Dennis F. Culver EMBA Alumni Chair of Business, Beedie School of Business, Simon Fraser University, and affiliate Professor of Marketing at the Royal Institute of Technology, Sweden. He has also taught on executive and MBA programs at major international business schools internatonally. The focus of Leyland's research is the interface between marketing and technology, with particular emphasis on technology's role in shaping and creating customers.
Stephanie Fraser is a Junior Research Fellow with the Asia Pacific Foundation of Canada, working on APF Canada’s Investment Monitor project, which tracks two-way investment between Canada and the Asia Pacific. She completed her bachelor's degree at Queen's University and is a recent graduate of the Masters of Immigration and Settlement Studies program at Ryerson University.
Joseph Caron is a former ambassador to China and Japan and High Commissioner to India, and is currently a Distinguished Fellow with the Asia Pacific Foundation of Canada. He is on the Board of Directors of Manulife Financial Corporation, Vancouver International Airport, and Westport Innovations.
