Carmelita Nuqui

Carmelita G. Nuqui is one of the founders and the Executive Director of the Development Action for Women Network (DAWN). She is also the President of the Philippine Migrants Rights Watch (PMRW) and Chair of the Inter-Agency Committee for the Celebration of the Month of Overseas Filipinos and International Migrants Day (IAC-MOF).
