Fanny Huang

Fanny Huang has served as President of the EOI (Excellence Optoelectronics Inc.) Group since 1995. She is also Chairman and President of EOI USA, EOI GmbH (Germany), EOI Pioneer (USA), LFX China and EOI Electronic (Mexico).  

Ms. Huang is also very active with various associations and foundations. She is currently Director of Women on Boards, Director of the Association of Allied Industries in Science-Based Industrial Park (SBIP), and Convenor of the Green Energy Technology Industry Investment Group. Formerly, Ms. Huang was Director and Chairman of the Managerial Intelligentsia Association of National Chengchi University, President of the Taiwan Student Association of DePaul University, and Director of National Taiwan University’s EMBA Alumni Foundation.  

Ms. Huang is the recipient of numerous honours including the Golden Torch Honour Award (2019) and Golden Peak Honour Award (2020), the ManagerToday Top 10 Super 100 MVP Managers Award (2022), as well as the APEA Master Entrepreneur Award (2023, 2024). In addition, she holds twelve patents. 

Ms. Huang holds a bachelor’s degree in Library and Information Science from National Taiwan University, a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Chicago’s DePaul University, and an Executive Master of Business Administration from National Taiwan University. She is currently working toward a Doctor of Business Administration at the Graduate Institute of Technology, Innovation & Intellectual Property Management, National Chengchi University.
