Kathleen Chan

Kathleen Chan is the founder and CEO of Calico, a supply chain co-pilot headquartered in Toronto that she launched in 2021.  

Driven by her own experiences running direct-to-consumer jewelry and apparel brands, Kathleen founded Calico to help brands streamline their supply chains and production processes using AI-powered technology.  

Calico's platform centralizes key data and workflows to provide end-to-end traceability, allowing brands to reduce errors, get products to market faster, and work with a network of sustainable factories around the world.  

Kathleen's innovative approach to solving supply chain challenges has earned praise from investors, including Serena Ventures, the venture capital fund backed and founded in 2017 by Serena Williams. Calico has raised over C$7 million to date.
