Chairwoman of the Board of Directors, L&A Holdings | Co-founder, Ho Chi Minh City Association for Women Entrepreneurs and Executives (HAWEE)

Ms. Pham Thi My Le is the Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of L&A Holdings, which provides Human Resource (HR) Outsourcing Services and Technology for a number of high-level companies in Vietnam. Since 2016, the company has received minority investment capital from its partner Open Up Group, a top 5 corporation in terms of HR outsourcing services in Japan. 

Over the past 20 years, Ms. Le has contributed to L&A Holdings' growth to become a company employing 26,000 staff across Vietnam and implementing 200 successful projects per year for clients in Vietnam, Australia, Europe, Japan, and North America.

Under Ms. Le’s strategic leadership, L&A Holdings has gained competitive strength through the application of HR technology combined with proactive project management by the HR Business Partner team, making the company able to offer effective business solutions and increase efficiency for customers. 

Ms. Le is an Advisor to the Asia New Zealand Foundation, and an Initiator and Advisor for the SME Mentoring Program, which supports a community of 19,000 startup entrepreneurs in Vietnam. She is also co-founder of the Ho Chi Minh City Association for Women Entrepreneurs and Executives (HAWEE), and the 2030 Businesspeople Club. In 2007, Ms. Le was selected to represent Vietnam in the U.S. Department of State's "Women Leadership Development" program.
