Natascha Schoepl

Natascha Schoepl is a fourth-year student at the University of British Columbia pursuing an Honours degree in Political Science with International Relations. Growing up in Germany and Hong Kong before moving to Vancouver raised her interests in diplomacy, global governance, and international affairs. Natascha recently participated in a Research Forum in Chongqing, China, where she collaborated with students from Southwest University of Political Science and Law to create solutions to urban congestion and environmental issues. She enjoys immersing herself in new communities and experiencing different societies and cultures.

Through her position as Co-Director of Arts and Culture Programming, Natascha hopes to organize engaging events that raise awareness of Asia and showcase its diverse dimensions. She is devoted to enhancing cross-cultural understanding for youth in Canada and to igniting interest in issues that need global commitment.
