Sihwa Kim

Sihwa Kim is a Research Coordinator at Medow Consulting, a startup public policy consulting firm. Sihwa has held previous research roles with the Brookfield Institute for Innovation + Entrepreneurship and City of Toronto Employment and Social Services, where she focused on the innovation economy and ensuring its benefits are inclusive of marginalized populations.

She is interested in improving the social, economic, and political representation of Asian communities in Canada. Sihwa recently completed a graduate program in Sociology at the University of Western Ontario and holds a BA in Sociology, and Criminology and Socio-legal Studies from the University of Toronto.
