APF Canada, the Chinese Academy of Personnel Science, the China Society for Research on Exchange and Development of International Professionals, and the Center for China & Globalization will jointly organize the Second Conference of the Canada-China Human Capital Dialogue in Ottawa, Canada on October 2. The conference provides a platform for both Canadian and Chinese think-tanks and policy-makers to exchange findings of policy research on the human capital exchange between the two countries.
