The CPTPP TRACKER gauges Canada’s performance within the Comprehensive and Progressive Trans-Pacific Partnership, the 11-member trade deal that came into force in December 2018.
The inaugural edition of the annual CPTPP TRACKER presents an early assessment of the first year of the CPTPP, showing early gains and losses in trade expansion, opportunities created for Canadian businesses, and the patterns of growth in CPTPP economies over the past three years.
It also explores the context in which the CPTPP entered into force, and the effects of the U.S.-China trade war on member economies and Canada’s own export performance.
Our researchers look forward to sharing their results, and fielding your questions.
