The Asia Pacific Foundation of Canada is hosting Dr. Amory Lovins, Chief Scientist and Co-Founder of the Rocky Mountain Institute, for an invite-only lunch discussion on March 24, 2014 in Vancouver. Dr. Lovins will discuss China's global leadership in conventional and renewable energy sources, with an emphasis on major challenges and opportunities. His talk will build on the Rocky Mountain Institute's project, Reinventing Fire: China, a bold yet feasible effort to develop an energy analysis and plan for China that integrates the largest sectors of the country's economy to generate massive economic and energy savings.
