Kakehashi Project Japanese Language Learner cohort nominees are invited to join a virtual language and culture exchange event, which will provide opportunities to practice Japanese, and learn more about Japanese culture and what is going on in Japan today. The event will be held mainly in Japanese and will provide conversation and networking opportunities for participants from Canada and the US, and students from Kanagawa University and the Inter-University Centre for Japanese Language Studies in Japan.
