The program is a collaboration between the OWIT chapters in the TMEC/USMCA/CUSMA region - Ottawa, Toronto, Orange County, Los Angeles, and Mexico - and the Los Angeles SBDC Global (hosted by EDC). This is a series of virtual events on the topic of recovery and resilience in the trade community starting with, but not limited to, the TMEC/USMCA/CUSMA region and will highlight the voice of women in trade.
The first program will focus on customs solutions and challenges. We are bringing the perspectives from customs specialists in the US, Canada, and Mexico together with three women in trade entrepreneurs from the three countries. Topics: What are the best practices? What are the lessons learned in the past two years? Who are the top women leaders from customs agencies in international trade? What are the solutions moving forward?
