Third Overseas High-level Talents Forum

APF Canada Senior Research Analyst Kenny Zhang will be presenting at the Third Overseas HIgh Talents Forum, which is hosted by the Western Returned Scholars Association and its policy committee Center for China and Globalization. The Forum will take place from August 20th to 21st in Beijing, China. Following the Forum there will be a tour to Guangxi and other provinces from August 22 to 24. The Forum aims to bring China’s large population of overseas talent to discuss China’s latest five-year plan.
