Firaz Khan
Firaz is an M.A. student at the Munk School of Global Affairs and Public Policy at the University of Toronto (U of T), specializing in Global Security and Development. He has an undergraduate degree from U of T with a double major in Political Science and International Development Studies and a minor in History. He was President of the U of T Scarborough World Politics Club and a researcher for the U of T, collecting data on accessibility to health care in immigrant communities and possible public policy solutions. His interests include the relationship between technology and state power, especially China’s surveillance architecture. He was formerly an intern at the China Canada Business Council.
