Loïc Bisson

Loïc Bisson is a policy officer at the Department of National Defence. He is the Special Advisor to the Assistant Deputy Minister of Policy. Previously, he worked within the Directorate of Peacekeeping Policy and the Directorate of Parliamentary Affairs. Prior to joining government, Loïc held the following positions: Research Fellow at the Clingendael Institute, Project Assistant at RUSI, and Consultant at UNICEF Peru. Loïc also represented Canada at the G20 Youth Dialogue Summit in Germany in 2017. Loïc holds an MSc in International Relations from the London School of Economics. He also graduated from the Université de Montréal and Sciences Po Paris.
