Sameer Esmail

Sameer Esmail is a future government relations professional with a passion for diplomacy, digital government, and transportation. He is pursuing a Master of Management and holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from UBC. Sameer works as a Junior Analyst in Open Government at the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat. He has previously held positions in the Asia-Pacific Branch at Global Affairs Canada and the U.S. Consulate in Vancouver. Since 2022, Sameer has served as Co-President of the Vancouver Branch of the UN Association in Canada. Sameer was Canada's Head Delegate to the 2022 G20 Youth Summit in Indonesia.
