Shaivalini Shukla

Shaivalini is a Master of Public Policy Candidate at the Munk School of Global Affairs and Public Policy at the University of Toronto. She holds an Honour’s Bachelor of Commerce from the Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia. She is especially interested in Canada-Asia trade policies related to MSME promotion, cross-border innovation ecosystems, and microfinance. Shaivalini worked with the UN Women (Regional Office for Asia and the Pacific) and the Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Japan. Her experiences focused on women's economic empowerment within the private sector in Southeast Asia, MSME promotion, and Canada-Japan trade relations.
