Laurel Ostfield is the Head of Communications and Development with the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank.

Ito Peng is a Professor of Sociology and Public Policy at the Department of Sociology and the School of Public Policy and Governance and the Director of the Centre for Global Social Policy at the University of Toronto, and a Senior Fellow with the Asia Pacific Foundation of Canada.

Dr. Elizabeth Newton is a Registered Psychologist and writer with a strong interest in entrepreneurship. She has consulted with MSMEs across Canada and developed and taught popular entrepreneurship courses. Elizabeth is the founder of the award-winning Creators Vancouver, an online magazine.

Christine completed a Master of Public Policy with a collaborative specialization in Asia-Pacific studies from the University of Toronto in 2017.

Yany graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Political Science from the University of Alberta in 2016 and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts degree at the Norman Paterson School of International Affairs.

Peter O'Boyle holds an master's (Hons) degree in International Relations and Mediaeval History from the University of St. Andrews, and an master's degree in Political Science from the University of British Columbia, with a specialization in Asia Pacific international relations and political economy. Peter is a former Junior Research Fellow at the Asia Pacific Foundation of Canada.

Jonathan Berkshire Miller is a Senior Visiting Fellow with the Japan Institute of International Affairs based in Tokyo. Additionally, he is the Director and co-founder of the Ottawa-based Council on International Policy and a Senior Fellow on East Asia for the Asian Forum Japan, based in Tokyo.

Valentine is a former Research Analyst at the Asia Pacific Foundation of Canada and currently based in South Korea.

Dominic Barton is Chair of Rio Tinto and the Chair of LeapFrog Investments, an impact-investment firm focused on emerging markets. He is also the Chancellor of the University of Waterloo.

Denea Bascombe is a Junior Research Fellow at the Asia Pacific Foundation of Canada. She is a graduate of the Master of Public Policy and Global Affairs program at the University of British Columbia, and a Juris Doctor candidate at the University of Sydney.
