Bronwyn Bridges is a trailblazing entrepreneur and health care innovator, recognized as one of Atlantic Canada’s 30 Under 30. She is the CEO and Co-Founder of PragmaClin®, a MedTech company revolutionizing the assessment and treatment of neurological conditions like Parkinson’s disease through digital health solutions. Bronwyn’s flagship product, PRIMS®, has earned her accolades both domestically and internationally, including the title of Canada’s Female Youth Entrepreneur of the Year and recognition at the World Entrepreneurship Cup.
Bronwyn’s passion for equal access to health care, particularly for patients in underserved areas, drives her work. Under her leadership, PragmaClin® has raised over $2.5 million in non-dilutive funding, enabling the company to continue its groundbreaking work in the assessments of neurological conditions. Bronwyn’s dedication to improving patient care extends beyond business as she actively contributes to Parkinson’s disease research, serving on both the local Parkinson’s disease board and Memorial University’s Academic Council.
Currently pursuing a PhD in Pharmacy at Memorial University of Newfoundland, Bronwyn is researching the benefits of digital health tools for neurological conditions, as well as the benefits of having patient orientated research to influence usability. Her expertise in both the scientific and entrepreneurial worlds uniquely positions her to bridge the gap between technological innovation and patient care. With numerous awards, including the Terry Fox Humanitarian Scholar and the National Impact Award in AgeTech, Bronwyn continues to be a driving force in health care transformation, advocating for digital solutions that improve outcomes for patients worldwide.
