An International Code of Conduct for Information Security: Prospects for the Chinese-Russian Initiative

Former Ambassador Paul Meyer will speak at a brown bag lunch at the APF Canada Vancouver offices on February 5th from 12:00PM-1:00PM on the “Code of Conduct for Information Security” put forward by Russia and China to the UN General Assembly in September 2011.
