An International Code of Conduct for Information Security: Prospects for the Chinese-Russian Initiative

Former Ambassador Paul Meyer will speak at a brown bag lunch at the APF Canada Vancouver offices on February 5th from 12:00PM-1:00PM on the “Code of Conduct for Information Security” put forward by Russia and China to the UN General Assembly in September 2011. Mr. Meyer will discuss key issues raised by this proposal and its future prospects as part of the embryonic diplomacy of global cyber security. Please RSVP to justin.elavathil@asiapacific.ca.
