Jose Carlos Reyes

Engr. Reyes is a Professional Electronics Engineer, and an ASEAN Engineer. He is currently the Director of the Cyber Security Bureau under the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT). He was previously the president of the National Committee of the Philippines of the International Electrotechnical Commission.   

Jose was a former National President of the Institute of Electronics Engineers of the Philippines (IECEP). He has more than thirty years of professional experience serving both the government and private sector. He has earned his bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering and master's in business administration.
