Pranay Sinha is the Lead for Global Growth & Opportunity Policy Advocacy and South-South Co-operation at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. Prior to this, he held positions at the World Food Programme, Research and Information System for Developing Countries (RIS), UNDP, and the Government of Delhi, where he focused on development policy and international co-operation.
