China-Canada Talent Flows and Development Cooperation Conference in Beijing
The Chinese Academy of Personnel Science, the Centre for China & Globalization and APF Canada will co-host a track II dialogue about human capital in the context of Canada-China relations. The conference will take place in Beijing on Nov 23. The dialogue aims to bring policy makers, opinion leaders and interested stakeholders to work together and exchange ideas on talent mobility issues that impact Sino-Canadian relations.
