China Human Capital Flows: Opportunities, Challenges & Policy Implications

Metropolis will host a brown bag talk with Henry Wang, Senior Fellow with the Asia Pacific Foundation of Canada and the Director General of Center for China and Globalization (CCG), on human capital flows between Canada and China, current policies for talent development and recruitment in China, and opportunities and challenges for Canada and its economy.
