APF Canada and HB Global are proud to host Dr. Rajiv Kumar’s breakfast address on 'The Long View From Delhi' on October 5, 2010 at the Four Seasons Hotel. Dr. Kumar, Former Director & Chief Executive of the Indian Council for Research on International Economic Relations (ICRIER), will be discussing key findings of his book, co-authored with Admiral Raja Menon, examining India’s foreign policy, The Long View from Delhi: To Define the Indian Grand Strategy for Foreign Policy.
