Tracy Ly is a Post-Graduate Research Scholar at the Asia Pacific Foundation of Canada. She earned a Master's Degree in Public Policy and Global Affairs from the University of British Columbia, specializing in innovation and entrepreneurship policy in Southeast Asia.

Mendee Jargalsaikhan is a Post-Graduate Research Scholar at the Asia Pacific Foundation of Canada. He holds a PhD in Political Science from the University of B.C., and MAs in International Relations from the US Naval Postgraduate School and in Asia-Pacific Policy Studies from the Institute of Asian Research of the University of B.C.

Yoel Kornreich is a Post-Graduate Research Scholar with the Asia Pacific Foundation of Canada. He earned a PhD in political science at the University of B.C. in 2019, specializing in China's health reforms.

Faiz Vagh is Co-Director of Election Watch Programming, part of the Asia Pacific Youth Council. He was also a member of APF Canada's India Election Watch in 2019.

Daniela Rodriguez is a Junior Research Scholar with the Asia Pacific Foundation's Digital Asia research team. She is a recent Master's of Public Policy and Global Affairs graduate from the University of British Columbia.

Darren Touch is a policy commentator and analyst on Cambodian and Southeast Asian affairs. With a background in public policy, Darren has extensive knowledge and experience in governance and evidence-based, people-focused public policy development in the public, private, and non-governmental sectors. He is a Schwarzman Scholar completing a Master of Management Science, Global Affairs at Tsinghua University, Beijing, and a graduate of the Master of Public Policy and Global Affairs (MPPGA) from the University of British Columbia.
