David Webster
David Webster is an associate professor of history at Bishop’s University and author of Fire and the Full Moon: Canada and Indonesia in a Decolonizing World (UBC Press, 2009). He edited the forthcoming book Flowers in the Wall: Memory, Truth and Reconciliation in Timor-Leste, Indonesia and Melanesia, and is currently writing a history of relations between Canada and East Timor from both the government and non-government perspectives.

J. Berkshire Miller is an International Affairs Fellow (Hitachi) with the Council on Foreign Relations, based in Tokyo. Miller is also a senior fellow on East Asia for the New York-based EastWest Institute, senior fellow with the Tokyo-based Asian Forum Japan, and the founding Senior Director of the Council on International Policy in Ottawa.
