Indian Summer’s annual Dinner by Starlight fundraising gala is one of the most anticipated events of the year. Seats to this event are limited and the event attracts an audience of 250 discerning guests and supporters.
This year's Dinner by Starlight takes place in the oceanfront Grand Ballroom of the Fairmont Waterfront Vancouver. Canadian culinary magician chef Vikram Vij collaborates with celebrated chef Karan Suri to create one-time-only culinary delights that resonate with the evening’s theme, 'The Future is Asian.'
The theme takes its name from the book by our very special guest of honour, Dr. Parag Khanna, geostrategist, futurist, and best-selling author.
